    Let's talk about what's going on 'down there'! Common pelvic health concerns include pain, urinary urgency/frequency/leakage, constipation, and prolapse. Contrary to popular belief, these issues are not an inevitable result of one's sex, pregnancy, childbirth, or aging, and they are treatable. This workshop will cover valuable information and yoga practices to promote pelvic health at all ages. Participants will be empowered to understand their pelvic floor anatomy, common issues that can arise, prevention, and how pelvic physiotherapy can help. Learn simple movement, breathing and awareness techniques to relax, stretch, strengthen and improve coordination in pelvic muscles. No yoga experience is required. Participants will receive an illustrated outline of the practice.
